Windows 10: windows microsoft store downloading without permission

Hello, I have a very big problem with Microsoft Store. I’ve experienced this issue before. On my Windows device, it starts downloading without my permission, and it does this under the "Delivery Optimization" service. Unfortunately, while this is happening, I am unable to stop the service or open Microsoft Store. Because of this, my mobile data is about to run out. It’s very frustrating to experience the same thing over and over again. Previously, I couldn’t get any support either. And in case you’re wondering, I have already disabled Delivery Optimization from the settings* Changed to a quest

I suggest that you reset the Windows store, follow the steps below.

Reset the Windows Store

You can use the steps below to refresh the Store which will clear the cache and refresh your library and permissions.

• Close the Windows Store app if you have it open.
• Click Start and type wsreset.
• Right-Click on the command and click Run as Administrator. If the Windows permission box appears, click Yes or Run.
• A black MS DOS screen will appear for a few seconds. Wait for it to disappear and the Store will automatically open.
• Attempt to install Sea of Thieves

Skype not downloading from windows 10 store

• What is the exact error code that you receive while trying to download Skype from Windows Store?
• Is this issue confined only to Skype app?
• Were you able to access any other apps from Windows Store?

As this could be an issue Store, I suggest you to run Windows Store troubleshooter and check if it helps:

Method 1: As an initial step, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

Method 2: Clear the Store cache

• Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the App.
