Windows 10: Windows Media Creation tool giving error code 0x80080005 - 0x90018

I am trying to download the windows media creation tool onto a 64 Gb usb and it keeps giving me that error code and saying that there was a problem running this tool

trying to create an bootable usb drive for a new pc build when the time comes, used media creation tool but get [error code: 0x80080005-0x90018 ] did the troubleshoot for windows update and it says - Service registration is missing or corrupt and {check for windows update issues - fixed this}, looked up how to fix the {service registration is missing or corrupt} to no avail, ive done the sfclogs and cbs none are corrupt... HELP!! Thanks in advance!
