Windows 10: windows latest update 22H2 is broken.

my device is literally broken. no app would work. no nothing. i cant even open the settings app. it’s just dead. i tried doing the recovery and uninstalling but it didn’t work. i tried reinstalling windows and it didn’t work either. so what’s the fix??? i searched online and it said stuff about doing a powershell script which resets windows defender or something. Well guess what? i can’t do it. my device freezes up before i can even write half the stuff. and it just closes the window. and i can’t open any other windowthey said turn on memoryintegrity. I CANT. i open the settings i turn it on.

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2  

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update. Difficulties installing windows updates for the last year (22H2, 0x800700c1)

The script ran fine. I hope you rebooted the unit.

You should be able to install updates (or do an in-place upgrade, if required) now.

Please do the following:

Option 1:

• Install the latest cumulative update for your OS version via Windows Update.
  

• And use the method in the following thread to upgrade to 22H2. How to upgrade version of os from 2004, 20H2, 21H1, 21H2 to 22H2 - Microsoft Community

Option 2:

Readyboost tab gone win Windows 11 22H2

Step 1. close unnecessary apps: the only app open is task manager which is needed to see what apps are open

Step2. SFC scan: it resulted in no problems found

Step 3. update drivers,: no updates were found as the most recent one were installed

Step 4. uninstall drivers: made no difference at all

Step 5. remove latest windows update: update 22H2 is not in the list of updes available to uninstall
