Windows 10: Windows lagging and black screens

I have been facing this issue with my PC for the past few weeks where my PC has been extremely laggy during startups and takes around 5 mins to do so. I have even tried disabling many startup apps but still the PC continues to start up slow. Also this has intensified in the past two days. The PC screen randomly goes black just pointer is visible while working with it and is extremely slow and unresponsive throughout the session. I have even done a complete scan of the system and no issues were detected. The disk defragmentation amounts also are so low. The mentionable point is this intensifi
