Windows 10: Windows keeps prompting "you will need to provide administrator permission to rename this...

So all of a sudden I turned on my laptop and I tried to rename a file within a folder that's not in C drive and the mentioned dialogue shows up though when I press continue it does rename it but it just keeps showing up whenever I try to edit any file or folder inside a specific folder, the dialogue doesn't appear in other folders within that drive thoughI had this issue before and I did a clean windows installation and formated C drive and it appeared again all of a sudden. I haven't touched any system settings or downloaded any new program that could have triggered that issue. I'm the only u

Let us assist you to have an Administrator permission. To start, follow the steps below to enable the Windows Super Administrator Account.

• Type CMD on the search box.
• CMD will appear at top.
• Right click on it, then choose Run as administrator.
• Type this command & hit Enter: Net user administrator /active:yes.
• After you enable the Super Administrator account, log out on your existing account then log into Super Administrator account.
• On the Super Administrator account, you can now create an Administrator account or give Administrator permission on the existing account.

After you created an Administrator account, we suggest that you disable the Super Administrator account by following the same steps and using this command:
Net user administrator /active:no.

HOW TO TURN ON CORTANA ADMINISTRATIVE PERMISSION

To turn on Cortana's administrative permissions, you can follow these steps:

1. Click on the Start Menu button in the lower left corner of your screen and type "Cortana" in the search bar.
   
2. Right-click on the Cortana search result and select "Run as administrator" from the menu.
   
3. If prompted by User Account Control, click "Yes" to grant administrative access.
   
4. Once Cortana is open with administrative permissions, you should be able to access any features or settings that require elevated privileges.

I would also suggest you to run the System update readiness command. It detects incorrect manifests, cabinets or registry data, it may replace the incorrect data with corrected version available. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click command prompt (Run as administrator).
• In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press
  Enter key after each command:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type
Exit, and then press Enter.
