Windows 10: "Windows is in Notification Mode"

I was running windows 10 pro since 4 years under organizations activation server. After 4 years windows is telling me to activate the license key and windows license key can't connect with the organization's activation server. When I typed and run "slmgr /xpr" in cmd Run as administrator "Windows in in notification mode" notification appeared on the screen. What does it mean and what should I do now and why after 4 years this notifications pops up on my screen. Please someone out there sacrifice their little time for me so that problems regarding this issue in my mind will be solved. Thankyo

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Window low performance notification

While playing BF3 or other game, I notice window has a notification for me that I should change window to classic mode due to low performance. what caused this?
