Windows 10: windows is broken black screeen no search no ms store reptitive updates

i updated windows and it had black screen after login i fixed it but next update failed and it had black screen again i restored back using safe mode and last night it updated whole i was trying to shut down using a keyboard shortcut but it updated again , black screen ,restored it but things broke in my windows now i dont have serach bar , ms store, screenshot,clipboard,emojis,some windows app and...in update history i can see it install same update over and over again and it wanted to install an update that it had again i paused the updates but now what should i do?

This issue occurs when the Windows store services is stopped.

I would suggest you to start the Windows store services and check if it helps:

• first in search type services
• then on services window select windows store services
• Right click and press start.

If the issue persist I would suggest you to reset Windows store and check if it helps:

Follow the steps to reset Windows store:

• On the desktop screen, press Windows and R key together to open run box.
  
• Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.
