Windows 10: windows installer not working, windows 11 insider preview

hello, my windows installer has not been working properly for some time now. when i try to install anything it gives me errors and does not allow me to install anything. for example with vnc server it gives me the following error: and this with alla the app i try to install.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

This may have same issue which is listed build 22504 release announcement as "know issue".

Windows 11 Insider Preview -

I am running Windows 11 Insider Preview via Parallels Desktop VM on a 2021 Macbook Pro with M1Max chip because that is the only Windows operating program that would install on the Macbook Pro when I purchased it.

My question is whether or not I can now activate a full copy of Windows 11 (2-2-2022 is the date) since the program keeps telling me to go to the Microsoft store to purchase a key or full copy. Which version I should "buy" and how that works, given I am already running Windows 11 Insider Preview which seems to not be able to be activated, is a complete obscure mystery.

Please advise on how to buy a key, how to either stay or not stay in Insider Preview mode. Simple instructions are needed even for the computer literate.
