Windows 10: Windows Insider can't be enabled

I had Windows Insider enabled before but for some reason it got disabled and tries to downgrade to 24H2 but it keeps failing. Some time after, it gone now but there is now a new update KB5055627 that keeps reinstalling even though it's already been installed so many times. I also can't enable insider again even after adding a regristry I saw which should of fixed it Adding EnablePreviewBuilds to WindowsSelfHost. What happens is I link my account then go through the text and choose me chanel but when I click restart now or later it still does nothing and just shows the text to sign up for Ins

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable

I suggest you to Perform the below steps and install the Insider Hub.

• Go to Settings, then System and then
  Apps & Features.
• Click on Manage Optional Features.
• Click on Add a Feature.
• Navigate the list, locate Insider Hub, and click
  install.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
