Windows 10: Windows Hello Setup stuck at "Make sure your face is centered in the frame"

Just got a Surface 4 laptop Windows 11 Pro.Trying to set up the face recognition Windows Hello- the set up page opens up, but I only see a message that "Make sure your face is centered in the frame"There is only 'Cancel' option in the screen.Camera and IR seems to be working at least the red IR light flashes up. Have reinstalled the camera drivers and the biometric drivers, Have reinstalled Windows 11 again as well. Nothing has worked till now.Any help will be much appreciated.Very disappointed with Surface 4.

Windows 10 OS - face recognition setup doesn't work

I am trying to setup face recognition in my laptop but it doesn't work at all. There are no options to recognize face or it doesn't proceed to next screen.

Steps Followed:

1. Opened Sign-in option screen

2. Clicked Face Recognition Setup

3. Windows Hello Setup screen opened

4. It asks "Make sure your face is centered in the frame"

5. It doesn't proceed next and there is no option other than "Cancel" button.

Please help.

I have hello setup available and it asks for my pin. the camera comes up and it asks to center my face in the frame but then I only have the cancel button. I can't go any further.
