Windows 10: Windows has removed my user ID, and cannot access my desktop.

For several days I have been working with Manoel Barros after I un-installed an update and lost access to my desktop because I had forgotten my passwords. This morning after days or work, and enter extreme amount of patients from Manoel, I was able to get to my desktop and sign in with my PIN; my normal mode of ID verification instead of using passwords. As I was busy today, I did not have time to rest my passwords. If I had know I would loose access to my computer once again, I would have made it a greater priority. Removing a "hidden" user and user files

Thanks for your patience. I was able with "Net User" to remove the left over user. It no longer appears when I invoke Net User.

Now for the user's folder which remains behind. After performing the series of steps that you suggested, I attempted to delete this folder. The result again was an error message about permission


"Administrators" appears on the list in the list of advanced security.

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
