    For several days I have been working with Manoel Barros after I un-installed an update and lost access to my desktop because I had forgotten my passwords. This morning after days or work, and enter extreme amount of patients from Manoel, I was able to get to my desktop and sign in with my PIN; my normal mode of ID verification instead of using passwords. As I was busy today, I did not have time to rest my passwords. If I had know I would loose access to my computer once again, I would have made it a greater priority. When I got home after work, I was able to return some emails and so a coupl

  2. Removing a "hidden" user and user files

    Thanks for your patience. I was able with "Net User" to remove the left over user. It no longer appears when I invoke Net User.

    Now for the user's folder which remains behind. After performing the series of steps that you suggested, I attempted to delete this folder. The result again was an error message about permission

    "Administrators" appears on the list in the list of advanced security.

    We would be glad to help you with the issue you are facing today. I understand the difficulty.

    Remove items from Quick access.

    I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

    • Right click on the file or folder.
    • Select the option “unpin from the quick access”


    To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

    Follow the below steps.

    I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

    • Open the quick access.
    • Select the Desktop option.
    • Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
