Windows 10: Windows Hardware Error

I don't remember when this problem started, but it's been at least a week.When I was playing a game, my game program suddenly shut down unexpectedly, you can see the error message in the pictures below.I tried many possible ways, like Reset this PC Keep my files, DDU, Reinstall my games, etc. but none of them solved my problem. I also tried to remove the laptop case and clean the dust on the fan blades, and I tightened the screws in there to make it more secure, but it still didn't work, the error still persists. Maybe the problem is my graphic card? What should I do now, I'm really scared a

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
