Windows 10: Windows freezing and unresponsive

Since opening a flash file, my Windows 10 os has veen freezing a lot. It's unresponsive many a times and slow in almost every action.

To correct this, I updated all my drivers, reinstall Windows, disabled many Window start-up applications, did a whole system Malware scan(Malwarebytes) and Virus scan(Windows Security).

Adding to all this trouble most of the times it doesn't detect my external devices like USB Pendrive or my smartphone connected through USB making my data transfer to external devices difficult. Also at times all file names and details goes missing when exploring through folders.

Can you help me on this? What should I do?

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
