Windows 10: windows feature updates past 20H2 not available

i just did a factory restore on my machine, which took the system back to windows 10 1803. I am in the process of putting things back the way they were, starting with getting windows updated. windows got updated to 20H2, but seems to have stopped there. for whatever reason it is not offering the feature updates to 21H1 or 21H2. windows update is not even showing the end of service notification for 20H2, like it did when I was on 1803. Windows 11 was offered, but I don't want to go back to windows 11 quite yet. how do i get windows 10 updated to 21H2? according to M$, it's obtained through win

Cannot paste into Windows Mail

To help you with your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to clear the clipboard in Windows 10:

• On the search box, kindly type or copy and paste, cmd.exe /c cd 2>"%UserProfile%\empty.txt" & clip < "%UserProfile%\empty.txt".
• Click on cmd.exe /c cd 2>"%UserProfile%\empty.txt" & clip < "%UserProfile%\empty.txt"
  (Run command).
• Try to use the copy and paste function again.

If the issue still persists, we suggest that you repair or reset the Mail app. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Open Settings, and select Apps.
  
• On the Apps & features tab, find the name of the missing app. Click the app and select
  Advanced options (if available).
• If a Repair option is available, click Repair. If this option is not available, or if Repair does not resolve the issue, you may also try the
  Reset option, though you might lose any app data that was saved.

Update History is not showing v.20H2

This is normal behavior in Windows 10, typically when you install a Feature Update like 20h2, the update history is wiped, this is to prevent the user from trying to uninstall an update that was prior to the Feature Update, which would de-stabilize Windows
10, the list should start building again, when some updates are applied to version 20h2 . . .
