Windows 10: Windows error code 0xc000000f followed by 0x0000218

Hi, my pc is having a tad bit of trouble when starting up.When I fire it up, it gives me an error image saying that it ran into some trouble when starting up. From there, it gives me two options, F8 menu, and enter which both do nothing. If i press enter, it shows the 0x0000218 error code and restarts over and over again in this infinite loop. How exactly can I fix this?Sincerely, Snow

The error code 0xC000000F is usually caused by operating system failing to read the booting configuration data. We suggest booting your computer using bootrec.exe utility by following the steps below:

• Restart your computer.
• Insert USB installation disk in the appropriate drive.
• Restart your computer again and press any key when prompted.
• Select the correct date, time, currency, language and keyboard before pressing
  NEXT.
• Click the operating system to be repaired.
• Click Command Prompt in the System Recovery Options.
• Type bootrec.exe in the prompt before pressing Enter.
