Windows 10: Windows doesnt work properly

Im using W10 pro version and my windows update wont update. The first various updates install succesful but when the last one optional update remains it wont get updated. I have tried to fix this issue using recovery mode keeping your data, installing windows media creation tool, using cmd running by administrator and typing sfc /scannow, dism tool, resetting windows update components. I also have downloaded it by manual way from the microsoft update catalog, but after this its keep showing anyway that I need update it. When I take a look deeper I also tried windows run command various ways, a

We suggest resetting your Windows store to help with your issue. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Type Settings on Cortana search box then press Enter.
• Click on Apps.
• On the Search this list box, type in Store.
• Click on Store then click on Advance options.
• Click on Reset.

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
