Windows 10: Windows didn't start normally, on safe mode and even Last Known Good Configuration too. How...

In March 16 at 9:29 AM, I turned on my PC and it didn't start normally unlike yesterday. But the keyboard num lock lit up and still stuck on the startup screen. So I turned it off and tried safe mode, but it also didn't startup but lit up the num lock on my keyboard. I'm in panic, and go to Last Known Good Configuration, and it started up normally but still stuck at the startup screen and lit up the num lock on my keyboard again same issue occurred unlike what it seems to look like launched last known good configurationI don't really know what happened to my computer, so I searched eve

Safe mode screen comes up cant get on to windows please help

I turned my pc off then when i came bck on to use it again it came up with this message below and it kept rebooting back to that same screen.
I havent recently deleted or changed or installed anything . Tryed goin in to safe mode did not work so i tryed start windows normally dnt work so then i tryed last Kown Good configuration that did not work either. what should i do pls help me thank you.

Cannot Enter Safe Mode / Computer boots normally

I'm running Win 10 Pro 1903.

Here are the steps I have taken to get into safe mode: Start button, settings, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, restart. The computer boots normally, not in safe mode. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for your help and interest. .

I understand that as repeating the basic problem. Is that what you mean? I can't tell you why- some sort of corruption- hence all the steps I'm suggesting. Please try each in turn.

The first are to check for basic forms of corruption and so proceed onwards in order.
