    My virus & threat protection feature suddenly disappeared and a statement appeared "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information" I've watched YouTube and it doesn't work. find a way that works. I've tried this way: 1. Factory reset 2 times 2. In place upgrade Windows 1 time 3. Update Windows to the latest version 4. Try making modifications to the Registry Editor 5. Remove third party security applications6. Ensure that my Windows account is not linked to a school account 7.
