Windows Defender see PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore and can't remove it.

I tried deleting C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service, but I can't even delete those files. Nomal file explorer denied access to me, I used Total Commander with admin permissions but still can't delete that folder's content. Any help?

    :)

  2. Found puadimanager-win32-offercore.......

Found puadimanager-win32-offercore. tried to delete quarantine and remove. I was able to delete the files and webfile from my drives and download history, BUT it is still found when scanned again. Except that I can't see it anymore. Still unable to delete it. When I try to delete it, I can't because someone locked my administrative privileges. Not sure what to do from here. Please help.
