Windows 10: Windows created folder on secondary hard drive

Windows 10 is running on the ssd drive c. I have a second drive in the notebook and windows is creating a folder on that drive D:\Program Files\ModifiableWindowsApps and when I delete the folder then windows will recreate it.How do I stop this from occurring?Thank you.

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Moving Librariy files and folders to secondary hard drive

Yes, as you said you will face problems if you cut and paste the library folders to the new hard drive. If you cut and paste the libraries folder some of the Windows functions such as Downloads, Music, Pictures and Videos
will not work properly

If you want to access the library folders in the new hard drive, I suggest you to copy the Library folders (Documents, Music, Pictures and Videos). Follow the steps to copy the library folders.

  Press Windows + E keys on the keyboard to open Windows explorer.
  
• 
  Find the Libraries on the left navigation pane of the Windows Explorer. (If libraries are not there, click on
  View tab at the top of Windows explorer, click on Navigation pane and select the
  Show Libraries)
  
• 
  Now, right click on Libraries from the left navigation pane and click on
  Copy.
  
• 
  Open the new hard drive and paste the Libraries folder by pressing
  CTRL + V key on the keyboard. (paste the libraries folders on the new hard drive where ever you want)

Internal secondary hard drive not recognised

After fitting SSD (C: drive) to my Win10 machine I connected the old hard drive as a secondary storage drive.

Win10 does not "see" it!
But Belarc Adviser "sees" the hard drive!

How to force Win 10 to recognise the secondary drive? Simple steps please for a non-techie.
