    Windows constantly freezes and blue screens


    Hi all,I just got Dell latitude 7390 laptop second hand and it is constantly freezing and hard crashes with the only way to recover to force shutdown. It has also been repeatedly bluescreening with “WHEA_UNCONTROLABLE_ERROR” and on less occasions with “SYSTEM_THREAD_EXEPTION_NOT_HANDELED: Netwtw06.sys”CHKDSK runs with no issues and sfc/scannow errors with “ Windows protection resource cannot perform request operation“ I have already reset the pc twice and reseated the ram and ssd.I am running windows 11 version 21H2

    would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

    • Did you get a STOP code?
    • Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

    Windows constantly freezes and blue screens

    Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

    This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

    Thanks for the help, do you have any further suggestions ?
