Windows 10: Windows Clock update error 0x80073cf3 in Microsoft store

I am trying to update the Windows clock and i am constantly getting the below error messageI ALREADY tried ALL the steps from this thread How to resolve code 0x80073cf3 in Microsoft store - Microsoft Community and also tried to use the Troubleshooter as mentioned here How to Use Windows Store App Troubleshooter in Windows 11 - MajorGeeks, but i could not find it. Since the problem is on MIcrosoft end like the error says.. what can i do more ?

Im trying to re-install my minecraft dungeon, but when i try to install the game it say error Code: 0x80073CF3. i already try installing other apps and it works just fine, only the minecraft dungeons. idk why it says update failed. i already run the troubleshot,
reset the store, etc nothing happen. any suggestion?
