Windows 10: Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\launcherrsxruntime.exe' showing...

My laptop specifications:- AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS with radeon graphicsNvidia RTX 3060Asus Zephyrus G14 2021

I have windows 10 HP Pavilion TS11 Notebook with 64 bit. Version 1903 os.build 18362.56

After the last install of 2019.11 Cumulative update for windows 10 version 1903 for x64-based system (KB4524570) installed on 9/6, I am now getting a message saying:

c:\program files\amd\cnext\cnext\amdrsserv.exe.

A referral was returned from the server.

I don't why l am getting this now. Can someone help me with this. I am getting the message each time I turn my computer on. All I know that it did not start appearing until Sunday. I was on my notebook on Friday after the update and the message did not
appear then.

What can i do, i have a Windows 10 Asus LaptopAMD A8 quad core A8-7410

this error pops up when i power on my laptop, and when i try to open the AMD radeon settings app.

so what can i do to solve this problem, i have no idea, and i think that its causing the machine to run slower than it should.

Hi,

I am currently running Microsoft Windows 10 Home running version: 0.0.19041 Build 19041

For the last couple of days every time i start my PC up i get the following error message:

Windows cannot find 'C:/program files\AMD\CNext/CNext\AMDRSServ.exe

This error is now starting to happen across many more programs on my PC that i am trying to open such as Speccy, regedit the only difference is the error is for that particular program but the message is the same. I don't know what's caused this or how to
fix if anyone can offer any solutions?
