Windows 10: Windows Blue Screen on Startup

Hello i have the Problem when i start my Pc i get a Bluescreen the last Error i got was windload.efi 0xc0000221 but i also got the error evbda 0xc000098.I have this since i changed my Pc Case. I can boot in windows when i chnage Something in bios. I already tried Repairing with a usb but always get the Error that it couldnt repair it. I also installed my Windows new i tried so much but didnt find an solution. Specs:Ryzen 5 360032gb Ram 3333mhz2070s
