Windows 10: Windows backup remember my apps setting keeps turning on by itself.

Windows 11, if i go to settings -> accounts -> windows backup and turn off the remember my apps setting, after a restart it turns itself back on. Nothing seems to help with keeping it off. OneDrive is deleted and not syncing, "Remember my preferences" setting is also off. System restore protection settings also turned off. Any tips on what to try next? Im signed in with a MS account on my PC.

Photos app not remembering settings

The Photos app keeps syncing my OneDrive folder. Deleting the OneDrive folder from the list of sources doesn't seem to fix the problem. A few hours later and the Photos app will automatically add it back. For whatever reason, the Photos app won't remember
my settings. Anyone have a clue why and how to fix it?

To help you resolve the issue, you can follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings.
• Under backup section, select apps+settings.
• Tap manage backups at the bottom part of the screen.
• Select delete button.
  
• Then, try to backup again by pressing back up
  now button under apps+settings.

The backup process may take a few minutes depending on how many apps and games are installed.

Windows 10 does not show backup and restore notification.
