Windows 10: Windows audio enhancements not working on some apps even though it says its enabled.

windows audio enhancements are automatically turning off for apps like Edge, google chrome, forza horizon 4, windows all media playersphotos, window media player ,movies and tv but are working perfectly fine on opera and Spotify and war thunder. I have zero third party audio equalizers or software installed. the enhancements used to work on chrome but one fine day they just randomly stopped working. all of the drivers are upto date I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the applications but to no avail.I only have DTS headphone X but even after removing that im facing the same issue. lik

I cannot enable the audio enhancements on the HP Audio Controls App

The equalizer on the right side of the HP Audio Controls app works fine. However, I cannot enable the audio enhancements to the left of the equalizer. How can I enable the audio enhancements on HP Audio Controls? Thanks.

Problem Fixing:
If you have different problem on audio enhancers or APO Driver, apply the following fix first:
Run cmd as administrator, type:
Code: FOR %1 IN (*.DLL) DO REGSVR32 /S %1[/quote] If you are running on Windows x64, type the above code first then the below code:
Code: cd /d c:\windows\syswow64 FOR %1 IN (*.DLL) DO REGSVR32 /S %1[/quote]

 

Realtek audio driver "Enable audio enhancement" makes volume go up & down

I use the realtek audio driver on my windows 11. I have been experiencing volume fluctuations. After experimenting & researching, I found out that the problem lied in the "Enable audio enhancements" in the drivers advance settings, and switching it off fixes the problem, but the sound quality changes. I tried fixing it because I like the enhanced sound, but ultimately failed. So, how to enable the audio enhancements without this issue?

Here is what I know & already tried:

1. This problem exists only in the realtek audio driver and not in other drivers because I have other headsets that don't have this issue
   
2. There is no specific software that issues this problem as it either exists in all softwares if enhancements are enabled, or don't if disabled
   
3. I tried unistalling the driver from the device manager, and restarted my laptop, but it didn't work
   
4. I restarted the "Windows audio" service, but didn't work
