Windows 10: Windows activated with digital license

Hi,I have a question i was working with a organization for a temporary project for 6 months but somehow the project was ended in in 3 months and they did not paid salary for next months as per the contract so they said we can keep the laptop as it equals to your salary and we will come back with another project soon and then job ended there was no further communication it was full and final, and after some time the laptop stops working it was showing login with company id page was stuck so i reinstall the windows for my use it was fine working until i connected it with internet and then same p

Did you read Microsoft documentation? Activate Windows - Microsoft Support says:

• A digital license (called a digital entitlement in Windows 10, Version 1511) is a method of activation in Windows 10 that doesn't require you to enter a product key.
