Windows 10: Windows 11 will not load printer drivers

I am running Windows 11 Ver 22H2 OS Build 22621.3007. I can not load printer drivers on the computer. The printer is an HP 8025e. The computer is a HP Laptop17t-cn000. The printer shows up in the HP Smart App. It shows on my network. It shows up in the Settings under Printers and Scanners, but says the drivers is unavailable. I have tried to install by the computer, HP Smart App, and using the Webpack installation. None of these work. I have installed this printer on a different laptop i have that is running Win 10 and it loaded fine and is working.

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

 

Postscript Printer Driver will not load


I need to download a Postscript Printer Driver to enable me to create PDF files from Pagemaker 7 files. Downloads from the Adobe website will not load. Have wasted a lot of time on this - any suggestions?

Download this Printer Driver & Scanner Driver for USB file, click open, it extracts all files new folder gdi

and follow the steps below site, Install printer manually using .inf file
