Windows 10: windows 11, version 24h2 install error -0xc1900208

Why are so many people including myself having an issue with this update??? My computer has been trying for weeks now to update this and I just saw the list of all the failed attempts. Now what? Please don't give me a bunch of very technical things to do especially ones that aren't working. This is a Microsoft issue that so many of us can't do this update????

Trying to download and install Windows 11, version 24H2 from windows update give error code:

0x80246019

What can I do? Thanks.
