    I have tried all the usual methods of trying the troubleshoot, clearing the cache and restart windows update, trying to run the windows 11 ISO tool which I cannot mount and in regedit in the place it is taking me i cant find lowerfilters UpperFilters, running dsim restore health which returns no problem but running sfc /scannow Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.     fixed for the windows 11 version 23h2 using ISO after that i encountered new problem 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765) Install error - 0x800f081f . how to fix this ?
