Windows 10: Windows 11, version 23H2 repair version - approaching 24-hours

Good afternoon,Following numerous problems which can be viewed in the different threads that I have posted, I decided to complete a Recovery "Reinstall" of Windows 11 and hope that fixes the problem.I set this to run yesterday evening around 2000hrs GMT +2.The slow download was expected due to my internet speed where I am. But the install has been running for over 12-hours now. I don't know exactly when it began as I left it downloading when I went to bed.When I woke up at 0600hrs, install was at 64%, and now at 1720hrs, install is at 94%.This does not seem right - and I am anticipating p

Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) the Downloading has been stuck at 79%

I thought I could reinstall Windows 11 using the new app I see in the setting named, "Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version)". But after clicking the download button the Downloading has been stuck at 79% for over 3 hours. I also notice that nobody else on YouTube has suggested using Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) to reinstall apps and files.

I have tried using the Windows 11 iso file to reinstall Windows 11 but last time I tried and gave up on this approach there was no option to keep all my apps. The only option left was to keep my files. I found this pointless as I back up my files on an external drive.

Does anyone have a solution to this or am I just not wating long enough for the downloading?

It's ok now, the problem got solved. When I ran the Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) it did not prompt me to Restart Windows. I found out that after I restated my system Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) was still installing and the whole instillation was over in about 45 minutes.
