Windows 10: Windows 11 version 23H2 Download error

Hello, I have a problem. I'm trying to update to Windows 11 Version 23H2 but whenever i try to update and click on "retry" it immediately shows an error message Download error - 0x80248007. I'm not sure what to do but I've already tried restarting and troubleshooting but it doesn't seem to work. I've been having this issue for a few months now. I have an Asus ROG Strix G15 with Windows 11 Home.

I get this error when downloading a Windows 11 Update( Version 23H2) and get the error (Download error - 0x80244022). I've tried the troubleshooting tool, and it "finds" the error and "fixes" it, but it still doesn't work. I also get this error when downloading games on PC Game Pass. Some games will download while others will not.

Try upgrading to version 23H2 by doing an In-place Upgrade using an ISO file.
Don't worry. It's a simple procedure, and you have the option to keep files, settings, and apps.

Instructions below:
1. Download the Windows 11 ISO file from the link below;

2. Double-click the ISO to run;
3. On the "Install Windows 11" screen, uncheck "I want to help make the installation of Windows better" and select "Change how Windows Setup download updates";
4. On the next screen, select "Not right now" and click "Next";
5. Accept the terms of use;
6. On the "Ready to install" screen, select "Choose what to keep" and select what you want to keep.
7. Click on "Install" and wait for the procedure to finish. Your computer may restart several times.

At the end of the procedure, your Windows 11 should be at the latest version (23H2).
