Windows 10: Windows 11 upgrade failed with error code OxC1900107

I have a new laptop that camw with an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. Windows 10 installed just fine but the upgrade is not working. This is the error code OxC1900107I tried the fix clean up disk space but this did not help. It is a brand new laptop, just out of the box, so I don't quite know what is going on here. Help?

If this is Update to version 1607 of Windows 10, then I'd
Upgrade to Windows 10 v1607 manually which is more stable method.

If problems persist optimize your install following these same steps for

Anniversary update problematic and unstable - now attempting to install Win 10 Pro update and receiving error code Oxc1900107

Now have Version 10586 installed and attempting to update to 14393

PC system spec check is compatible.
