Windows 10: Windows 11 Update is stuck in pending restart

I've tried to install2025-04 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 KB5056579it is still stuck in pending restart.i have tried to do a sfc scan and use dism.i have also tried to start/restart the following services in Windows Update Windows Installerand Background Intelligent Transferi am enrolled in windows insider programVersion24H2 OS Build 26100.3909

Windows 11 Update Stuck on Pending Restart

My 2024-04 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5036620) has been stuck on "Pending Restart" for months now. I have tried restarting my laptop (Acer, Aspire A115-31) with all the ways possible. I even tried completely shutting it down but it's still not working. I tried clearing my "Software Distribution" file and although this method have worked for me before, it didn't work this time. I even tried troubleshooting but also came back with nothing. What am I supposed to do?

2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5007215) has been stuck on Status: Pending Restart for a while now. No matter how many times I restart my laptop, it never resolves. Please help. There is no error message.
