Windows 10: Windows 11 - Touchpad delay when typing

I have a galaxy book pro 360 I had the same issue on my previous galaxy book pro, but didn't have it on my zenbook ux433, and whenever I type anything there's always a 1 second before my touchpad responds to any movements. After googling the issue it seems that the issue is the palm check option. However I don't have this option anywhere. The only touchpad driver I have is the HID compliant touch pad, which is up to date. So are all my mouse drivers. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? I'm running Windows 11 Home 21H2

• If you are in Category view, click on Hardware and Sound.
• Under Devices and Printers, click on Mouse.
• The mouse and touchpad software window will open. Look for any settings related to palm tracking, touchpad sensitivity, SmartSense or Palmcheck. The name of the setting varies because it
  depends on the touchpad driver provided by your laptop manufacturer.

If you are not able to see these settings, we suggest that you contact your laptop manufacturer. Additionally, check if there are updated touchpad drivers for your laptop.

• What is the current version/build of your computer? To check, type winver on
  Cortana's search field and press Enter.
• Do you notice the same delay even when you are not playing games?

Touchpad delay on your device might be due to the sensitivity setting that impacts scrolling and other finger gestures, and may exhibit a jumpy cursor. To resolve this issue, we recommend downloading and installing the latest touchpad driver from the
manufacturer's website.

If the issue persist after downloading the latest driver, we suggest changing the synaptic device settings by following the steps below:

• Open Mouse Properties.
• Select Device Settings tab and click on the Settings box.
• Expand the Pointing menu and then expand the Sensitivity menu.
• Select Touch Sensitivity and slide the sensitivity meter from
