Windows 10: Windows 11 TaoTronics SoundLiberty 53 Pro Connection Problems

Hello. A few days ago I bought TaoTronics SoundLiberty 53 Pro headphones online. I am happy with the headset. But no matter what I did I can't pair it with my own computer. I paired it with my phone without any problems, I paired it with another phone, I paired it with another computer, no problems. But when I select the headset on my own computer, it says it connects as in the picture and stays that way. After a long wait, it says "Failed to connect. Try again".-Bluetooth version of computer and headset: 5.0-I reset the headset.-The headset is not connected to another device when trying to co

Taotronics TT-BH07 bluetooth headphones paired but not connected

Hi everyone,

Hopefully this is on the right board....

I've got the Taotronics TT-BH07 bluetooth headphones which I've paired with my Windows 10 laptop and it worked fine the first time. I found that the following day, after the laptop had been switched off and started again, when I switch the headphones on, it doesn't connect to the laptop. It shows up in the list of bluetooth devices as "paired" but it doesn't connect automatically. If I remove it and go through the whole pairing process again, I can then use it.

I would have expected it to connect to the laptop automatically when it is switched on. I've had no problems connecting it with my iPhone. I've checked online for drivers for these headphones but there's nothing available, not even on the official Taotronics website.

Am I missing something here? Is this a bug or is there some further configuration I need to carry out on Windows in order to have the headphones connect as soon as I switch them on? Any and all input greatly received.

Run-time Error 53 indicates that there is a missing Windows component. A program you're trying to use will display that error message if the program is attempting to use a dynamic link library, or DLL, file that has been deleted or was never installed properly.

We would like to know some information:

• Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

For initial troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you try to run
System File Checker. It will scan for corrupted files and restore it.

If that didn't work, we suggest that you try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
