Windows 10: Windows 11 Stuck on Sign In Loader, Not able to sign in in Safe Mode as well

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 on 5th August 2023. Everything was working fine, until today when I switched on my laptop, all of a sudden, there is this new animation from my user lock screen background to Windows default background, my user name and profile appears as it is my name, but there is this new "Sign In" button that popped up. Upon clicking it, it loads, but the loader goes back to the "Sign in" Button, and now when I click on Sign In, nothing happens, just clicks. I tried going into safe mode, but it doesn't even let me sign in to safe mode, it doesn't show me an enter passwor

Stuck in sign-in screen safe mode windows 11

I was reboot my laptop but then it force me to only use PIN to sign in. I always use fingerprint everytime, there isn't a "I forgot my PIN" line so I can reset the PIN. There are no other sign in options, only PIN. I enabled safe boot mode in msconfig so restart does nothing. Now I'm totally stuck in the sign in screen.

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

 

Sign in and Safe mode

So when I started up my laptop the sign in screen was sideways so I tried to sign in and see if I could fix the orientation problem. It told me that my device was offline and I needed to enter the password last use on my device. I reset it multiple times
to see if it was a temporary glitch, that fixed the orientation problem but not the sign in one.I tried to connect to the internet but I go to school at NC State so we have to sign into the wifi on a browser tab which I can't access if I can't sign in. Someone
suggested that I try turning on safe mode so I turned on safe mode with networking so I could do my work but it has been on the Acer loading screen for the past twenty minutes. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it, if I hadn't gone into safe mode I know
now that I could've fixed it at home so my question is, how to I get out of safe mode if it hasn't finish loading into it?
