Windows 10: Windows 11 recognizes HyperX Cloud III Headphones as KT USB Audio

Hello. I have had HyperX Cloud III headphones for some time now. As long as I used the original HyperX cable, everything was OK. Unfortunately, the cable was chewed by my cat. I bought a replacement cable, but the system no longer detects headphones like HyperX, only KT USB Audio. Because of this, I cannot use the NGENUITY app. These headphones have part of the cable permanently attached and terminated with a 3.5 mm audio jack. The second part is a cable with a 3.5 mm jack and a USB-C connector. I had to replace the second part. Even when I use the original HyperX USB-C to USB-A adapter, the s

Hyperx cloud alpha S mic not working on Windows 11

I understand that you are having problems connecting your Hyperx cloud alpha S headphones on Windows 11;

Initially I recommend that you try to uninstall the audio drivers;

Right-click on the start menu and go to Device Manager;

Click (>) Sound, video and game controllers to expand the session;

Right-click on the first device under (>) Sound, video and game controllers and select Uninstall device;

Repeat this process on all devices listed under (>) Sound, video and game controllers;

Do the same process in (>) Audio Inputs and Outputs;

Unplug your headphones and restart your PC;

Plug in your headset and check if the headset and microphone are recognized;

HyperX Cloud II | Can't hear sound in headphones and speakers at the same time.

Hi! I've just bought HyperX Cloud II headphones. I plug it by USB, microphone is working, headphones are working - but speakers dont play sound that i hear in headphones (game). When i plug Cloud II headphones by jack i can hear in speakers and headphones - but then Microphone isn't working...

How can i do that to make microphone work, play audio on headphones and at the same time on speakers?

Headphone Mic not recognized Windows 11

Hello, I just purchased a new computer with Windows 11 Pro installed (I have only used Windows 10) and when trying to use my headset (Hyperx Cloud Alpha) the mic is not recognized, nor are the headphones being recognized as headphones (recognized as speakers). I have updated all of my drivers, plugged them into every audio jack on my computer, tried to see if they were disabled on sound settings, ran the windows troubleshooting tests, looked through every and all forums but I can't find anything at all that has worked. The default audio device is set to Speakers (realtek audio). I didn't have this problem on my laptop which only had one audio jack. I am plugged into the front of the pc's audio jacks. I used another headset (razer kraken) and the same issue persisted. I am at a loss. Please send help.
