    Windows 11 RDP keeps disconnecting from session with Windows Server2012


    HelloWe have different clients that have met the same problem: every 1/2 minutes the session keeps disconnecting and reconnecting a few seconds later. This only happens with a connection to Windows Server 2012. The problem has appeared after a cumulative software update but not on all clients. The event viewer doesn't show anything relevant to my eyes. This has become a problem since it makes work harder and more frustrating.

    RDP session is getting temporarily disconnected

    I am regularly being disconnected from my remote desktop (rdp) session to a Windows 11 VM. I have used remote desktop for many years and work in IT. I have not had this type of experience before. When renaming files or starting a file transfer or performing similar operations, I keep getting temporarily disconnected. It seems like these operations are causing a spike in bandwidth utilization that interrupts the rdp session. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know what to do about it? It is making it very difficult to use this particular VM.
