Windows 10: windows 11 pro upgrade failed

Hello, I tried the procedures that are described on troubleshooting, but the same error occurs when windows update is trying to Upgrate windows 10 pro to windows 11. I have made a copy of the log files that are mentioned and a screenshot of the profilelist of the registry. How can I send them so someone can review them should I post the LINK HERE? Or to a personaL address of a tech support individual?

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro (Update Failed)

Hello

Try to use these steps to remove the SoftwareDistribution folder and redownload and then reinstall Windows 10 .

• First try to reinstall the Upgrade with your computer beign booted clean.
  How to boot clean. (read step 1)
• If that as well fails,
  try to remove your SoftwareDistribution folder (read step 4), redownload and then reinstall Windows 10
  

Let me know if it helps. This error code is appearing a lot with Windows Upgrades and the real cause needs some research.
