Windows 10: Windows 11 Pro saying it's not activated even though I bought it six months ago with it...

Hi! Ever since yesterday, my computer's been telling me to go activate Windows. I bought my computer PC six months ago and it came with Windows pre-installed. When I go to settings, as prompted, this is the message I get. When I troubleshoot, it gets me nowhere. I called the shop I got the computer from and they're telling me they can fix it but only if I bring in the computer it's a heavy PC, which seems weird. Is there anything I can do? Does someone knows why this is suddenly happening?Thanks!

Windows 11 home to Windows 11 pro upgrade by product key - not active

HI,

I bought a product key for windows 11 pro, I did install it however i get error code an not able to activate -> 0x80072EE7.

Is there a way to resolve the issue? Tried to do the phone activation but it doesnt help. Windows suggest installing windows 11 home again (which I dont want since I bought windows 11 pro).

For verification, now you are saying it isn't activated and Microsoft won't help you?

 

Windows 11 Pro Activation

Had Windows 11 Pro installed on my computer for about 3 months now and starting today it say its not active. Tried a new code and it say unable to activate. I get the error code 0x87e107f9.
