Windows 10: Windows 11 Power Troubleshooter Missing

Since purchasing my Dell AiO Inspiron 24-3455, which came loaded with Windows 11, I have had power problems. Even though the power settings are set to Balanced power mode and to go to sleep after 15 minutes, sometimes the PC stays on for hours including overnight and sometimes it shuts down sooner than 15 minutes. The motherboard was replaced under warranty but the problems continue.So I tried to find the Power troubleshooter in System settings -- it's not there. It's not under Other troubleshooters, The only Other troubleshooters listed are Background Intelligent Transfer Service, Bluet

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
