Windows 10: Windows 11 PC does not detect my Steelseries Arctis 3 headset.

Hello,A few weeks ago I have ran into an issue in my PC where I accidentally uninstalled the Realtek audio driver and seemingly installed it again but after doing so my PC no longer wanted to detect my Steelseries Arctis 3 headset anymore. When I plug it in either from the front or the back of the PC it just does not show up and funny enough I can still hear through it when I select speakers in my sound however I cannot use the microphone which is a killer. I cannot talk to people or anything now and cannot figure out a fix for this as it used to be fine before I uninstalled realtek and I inst
