Windows 10: Windows 11 PC Crash Event ID: 10, A TCG Command has returned an error.

I have an issue where my pc randomly shuts off and repeatedly fails to try to power back up until I force shut it down with the power button. When I turn my PC back on and look in the event viewer, there is an error that states:A TCG Command has returned an error.Desc: AuthenticateSessionParam1: 0x1Param2: 0x60000001CParam3: 0x900000006Param4: 0x0Status: 0x12It shuts down 1-2 times a day and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys,

I am receiving an error when playing games on one of my SSD's (not my boot drive), find below;

A TCG Command has returned an error.
Desc: AuthenticateSession
Param1: 0x1
Param2: 0x60000001C
Param3: 0x900000006
Param4: 0x0
Status: 0x12

The SSD is a SanDisk Ultra 3D SSD 2TB.

These crashes only occur when playing games on this drive. Crashes are very irregular; some games crash a lot more than others.

Some research shows that this error is due to drive encrpytion? There doesn't appear to be any encryption on my drive so i'm not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Crash - Event ID 1101, 360

Hello,

in the last few weeks my pc crashes quite often.

It was initially due to the event ID 131 error associated with the DeviceSetupManager. I solved it by going to system proprerties->hardware and disabling Windows download automation.

After a few days the crashes returned.

Now it starts with Eventlog event ID 1101 as an error and subsequently event ID 360 from the User Device Registration as a warning

What can I do?
