Windows 10: Windows 11 Manual Proxy keeps turning on automatically.

I am running Windows 11 23H2 and the past couple of days I have had an issue where the Manual Proxy Setting turns on by itself with the following values. http://https=localhost with various port numbers.I turn it off and close settings, then reopen settings and it's turned on again. I can't figure out what is causing this. I haven't installed anything new during this time. I ran McAfee Antivirus, Windows Defender, Malwarebytes, Spybot, Norton Power Eraser and Combo Cleaner and none identify any issues. Any help would be appreciated.

The proxy setup turns on Automatically even after setting it up manually

my manually proxy setup is turning on automatically even i turned it off so many times...nearly i turned it off for 100 times still it turns on automatically bcz of that im not able to browse internet so it keeps on saying your connection is not private.when
i tried to turn off manually proxy setup it keep off for a small period and at that time there is not problem in browsing internet and later proxy automatically turns on..any solutions please....

 

Windows keeps Manual Proxy

Hi

Recently i connected my pc to my school internet.

After that, 1 day later when i go to any browser it says proxy error because windows keeps automatically using manual proxy and i don´t know how to work with that.

How can i fix it.

Please Help, I only can use the browser on firefox because i deactivated the option to use manual proxy.

Hi - Just so you know, I'm marking this "problem solved". I found this online How to Solve the Windows Could Not Automatically Detect Network Proxy Settings Error. Doing the last step under #2 is what solved the problem. McAvee is still scanning incoming. McAvee & Malwarebytes still show no problems with a full scan. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
