Windows 10: Windows 11 - Lockscreen Some of these settings are managed by your organisation - Private...

I am trying to customise my lockscreen with a fresh install of Windows 11. This is a local private copy and I do not have any work / school accounts attached or associated. Motherboard - Not sure if relevant MSI AM5 MicroATX PRO B650M-A WIFI DDR5 Motherboard My account is an administrator. In a moment of sleep deprivation, I do recall selecting to apply an MSI theme as an add on option when installing all my drivers etc, but cannot remember what app it came from. I have a funny feeling the MSI theme has taken over and locked this down. I cannot find anything listed in the remove programs

How do I remove the "some of these settings are being managed by your organisation" statement in Windows 10 21H2. i have not set one up and this is a personal computer. I've tried steps 2 and 5 from this article and it doesn't work. I can't use Group Policy Editor as I don't have the Professional edition of Windows 10.

I'm getting "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation" in yellow color for the following setting sections in windows 10.

System:

Notification & actions, Multitasking

Personalization:

Lock Screen, Start

Privacy

General

I tried following suggestions to fix the problem.

1. Reset my PC using windows advanced startup option.
2. follow all the solutions which are mentioned in here. link
3. Change Diagnostics & feedback to Full.
4. Reset group-policies for default. link
5. Restore windows

Please kindly suggest a solution to fix this problem.

i'm using win10 PC. i cant set wallpaper for my lockscreen. all options under lock sreen are disabled and shows"some settings are managed by your organisation". tell me a solution to fix this problem.
