Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop will connect to wifi and internet, but won’t load anything on browser

Hey there! So, I’ve been having this issue for the past week or so. My laptop, which runs on Windows 11 and is a model 15-ef2723od HP laptop, will connect to wifi and the internet and will load everything except for the loading websites on the browser. The I have moved locations and tried different wifi networks and the problem persists. It is able to load things like my antivirus and online games, but whenever I look up anything it gives me the “err_connection_refused” message. When I restart it, it’ll load websites for about 1 minute before quitting and then only giving that message. I’ve al

my laptop won`t connect to internet

my apps and browser cannot connect to internet and i tryed wifi and ethernet both but still it doesn`t work

but when i connect my phone to my laptop with the cable and turn on the hotspot

it connects to the internet

what should i do to fix it?

My laptop still will not stay connected to wifi, and browsers are still freezing or timing out when trying to load webpages.
