Windows 10: Windows 11 KernelPower Error EventId41 y & BugCheckCode 275

Hello, for the last 2 weeks or so my PC has been shutting down while playing games.Looking through Event Viewer I've found it's always the same errors in the same order. Critical error is always Kernel-Power with EventId 41 and BugCheckCode 275.Anyone has encountered this problem and has any solution?I can provide screenshot and filedumps.

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
and check if that helps.

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

Hola, compré mi nueva HP Laptop 15-dy1xxx para iniciarme en el mundo tecnológico y estudiantil, pero quise ir un paso más allá e instalar Windows 11, en un video de YouTube vi que características debía tener mi terminal para su compatibilidad y según comparé si es compatible aunque realmente no estoy seguro 100%, en mismo video explica como instalar Windows 11 con un archivo iso y un pendrive e hice paso por paso hasta completar la instalación. Al terminar me di cuenta que barias cosas no funcionan entre el hardware y el software, pero aún peor no me daba en configuración la opción de volver a Windows 10 y no tenía una licencia permanente de Windows 11, (mi laptop vino con Windows 10 Pro con licencia y yo instalé Windows 11 Pro sin licencia. No se que hacer, no tengo licencia de Windows 11 Pro, mi dispositivo funciona con algunos errores y no puedo regresar a Windows 10 Pro desde la configuración. Qué debo hacer, no quiero tener errores y no quiero pagar licencias, y me gustaría tener el Windows 11, y si no es posible ¿tendría que poner Windows 10 Pro en mi laptop con un archivo iso desde un pendrive? ¿ Y la licencia que originalmente tenía mi laptop se reactivará y no tendré que pagar por ella?
