Windows 10: Windows 11 keeps telling me I need to restart or schedule a restart, even after I tell it...

This is driving me batty. All day yesterday and today this thing is telling me I need to restart. I tell it to "Restart Overnight", but it didn't last night, so now it is popping up every 5-10 minutes asking me if I want to restart. I have work to do during the day and don't have time to sit through a "longer than normal" update, but it won't update overnight like I have scheduled. It's constant asking me is interrupting my workflow and driving me nuts. Please help!Before this update, it was UTD.

Can you please tell me if you are getting an error when enabling schedule a restart option? In the meantime, try checking this

article and see if steps provided here are the same as the steps you're seeing on your end.

Restart is scheduled

I keep getting a pop-up message that say's "Don't Forget a restart is scheduled for ?? oclock" I have cleared the notifications and restarted my computer 3 times and still get this message. The only difference is the time keeps changing. I don't have any updates listed as being ready to install. The only updates I have listed as installed are for Defender. I didn't have this problem this morning. Anyone else getting this?

 

Strange restarts...

When windows is booting, press F8 and disable "Automatic restart on system failure." Then next time your comp restarts, you will be able to tell if your BSOD'ing
