    Windows 11 is STILL moving my Desktop Icons


    OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit 22H2 build 22621.1555 fully up-to-dateWindows 11 keeps moving my desktop icons. I know you've heard this before, but I still have not found an actual fix.I notice it mostly when I unlock the screen and after login, but sometimes it happens at random times.I have three monitors on my system. All three are the same model set to the same resolution and refresh rate. My desktop and taskbar are extended to all three.All three monitors are attached to an AMD Radeon RX 580X Polaris 20 XT [Pegatron] using HDMIMy system also has an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 Coffee

    Desktop Icon Keeps On Moving

    That's because your resolution is changing each time. To test, try setting to 1024x768, arrange a couple of icons and then restart the PC. As long as the resolution after startup is still 1024x768, then the icons won't move. Trust me. *Wink Windows 11 is STILL moving my Desktop Icons ;)

    Remove Linux Desktop Icons

    I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.
